Seeing Yourself

When one truly encounters the Father he/she will also see themselves.  One cannot experience the Holiness of YAH without seeing their own unfitness to stand in HIS presence. 

1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up , and his train filled the temple.   
2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly . 3 And one cried unto another, and said , Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. 4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried , and the house was filled with smoke. 5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone ; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 And he laid it upon my mouth, and said , Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away , and thy sin purged . In order to become right with HIM, allow HIS doings to prepare you for HIS presence; and not only for HIS presence but for HIS work.  Isaiah had such a profound experience that he actually saw himself, as well as others, as unclean/unworthy for such Shekinah!  See yourself through the eyes of Yahweh; and not your own eyes.  Not through the eyes of friends, family, associates or co-workers; for these are human beings just like you and I.  Yahweh is true, just, loving, but set-apart!  And only a set-apart human can stand in HIS presence.Have you experienced HIM? Did you change yourself; or did HE change you? Can You Handle The Truth?

The biggest threat to TRUTH being accepted, obeyed and walk therein is misapplication.  Misapplication comes from bigotry (personal, religious or cultural).  In most cases when TRUTH is revealed the bigoted individual will defend their misapplication of TRUTH from their personal, religious or cultural standpoint.  And when that happens the REALITY of TRUTH becomes null and void.

John 8:31-32 “So Yeshua said to the Judeans who had trusted him, “If you obey what I say, then you are really my talmidim (disciples),  you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” 

TRUTH reveals, exposes but yet it frees an individual to be at one or at peace.  At one with the Father; at peace with themselves, humankind and Yah’s creation. So how should TRUTH be handled when revealed?  Handle it like Abraham! 

Genesis 12:1-4a “Now Yah had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. So Abram departed, as Yah had spoken unto him” 

When Yah revealed himself to Abram he knew the personal, religious or cultural ways of his father Terah and region was wrong; and readily embraced TRUTH revealed.  Abram didn’t hesitate nor did he do what many people do “make excuses or justifications”.  Instead he left!

My wife asked me once regarding TORAH “How does it feel knowing what you know now and being where you’ve been (28 years in Christianity Ministry- which is dung to me)”.  My response was “I’ve found a treasure that is so precious that I cannot afford to lose it or forsake it for money, accolades or acceptance. 

• What if you discovered that the things that were taught to you in Christendom was mixed and mingled with deception or pagan doctrine?  What would you do? 

• What if you decided to research what a pastor or individual said and found something opposite of what was said?  What would you do? 

• What if the things you’ve discovered is opposite of your bigotry (personal, religious or cultural) standpoint? What would you do?

You see the acceptance of TRUTH really comes down to conviction and character.  Conviction where you are compelled to respond to TRUTH.  Character where I will not lie, think or behave against TRUTH. So if you or I have a revelation of TRUTH and yet do not respond to TRUTH; what does that say about mine or your Character?

Acts 17:10-11 “And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Are you and I so bigoted that we will not do as the Bereans?

Hey Dude! It’s the Culture! Turn Around!

There’s been a designed systematic concerted effort toward the destruction of the male in our society.  It’s not just the American society but every Western so called advance society. Our manhood, family responsibility and our parental importance all have been targeted.  

It is through Secular Marketing, Sports, Western Culturalism and Individualism we males are becoming either:

Brutes

Narcissist

Self-centered 

Effeminate

As we walk down the street women move to the other side, clutches their purse, look the other way out of fear.  They’re afraid that a male may attack them, whistle at them, speak to them in a vulgar way or un-invitedly converse with them for the purpose of sex.

We men wear our hats indoors. Our pants are as tight as women. Some don’t pay child support for various reasons. 

TV commercials and Ads tells us that wearing a certain cologne or under garment will bring out the beast in you. Or they tell you what is hip or cool.   …. Say What? 

So let’s get this straight.  TV and culture are actually telling you and I how to be, dress, act and how living really should be?...hmm? 

Even though I’m an avid football fan (NCAA and NFL), I must keep in proper perspective that this is close to modern day Roman Gladiator-ism ….(specifically boxing and UFC MMA)  

Have you noticed that our culture has made most chief journalist males in news, sports and talk shows?  Have you notice that most primetime sitcoms and dramas that are produced have men portrayed as a Brute, Narcissist, Self-centered or Effeminate? 

Where’s the real men?  Those that do treat women with respect, class, courtesy and favor are labeled in this Western Culture.  Instead we laugh at and applaud sitcoms, dramas, movies and events that displays men as otherwise (Jerry Springer and Maury Povich) 

Hey Dude! It’s the Culture! Turn Around!  Don’t follow culture, follow YAH’s plan for your life; and what HE says about you, not what your culture dictates!

P.S....treat your wife right.....if you are single treat all women right even if they have wronged you...pay your child support even if she won't let you see the child....allow her to move on with her life if things didn't work out with you and her.......lastly- A Job is better than NO Job!

The Discernment of Personal Prophecy or Insights

Within Christendom (and any religious movement for that matter) members tend to receive personal prophecies or insights from someone who claims to be a prophet/prophetess.  Most of these so call prophecies or insights relates to success, possessions, love or love ones.

These people tend to be smooth operators of religious sayings, scripture memorization and last but not least – they have an understanding of the human needs, wants, aspirations and desires.  These desires are: love, enough wealth to be secure and comfortable, our love ones to be safe, educated, successful and out of harm’s way.

But watch out for “Motive Speaking” for it is the key to the Discernment of Personal Prophecy or Insights

Here’s an example:  A True Story

Within a particular congregation is a pastor who uses personal prophecy as the norm during weekly services.  The pastor teaches and encourages all believers within this congregation to be filled with the spirit so much so that each member start giving Personal Prophecy to each other on a regular basis as well.  Once a visiting evangelist came to town and began a running a revival (revival in the religious sense for true revival is a return to Torah).  Within the revival the evangelist became fascinated on a particular couple.  Each night this evangelist would watch how this couple interact with each other and he would give them special recognition.  Finally the evangelist start giving the married couple personal prophecies (particularly more to the wife and less toward the husband). Ultimately the evangelist picked up on the fact that the wife has aspirations to be in ministry and desired to have a husband that would be a preacher. The evangelist shared one last personal prophecy to this woman – that she and he should be together by divine destiny!  And guess what?  The woman divorced her husband and married this soothsaying evangelist!  Why? Because of human needs, wants, aspirations and desires. 

Watch out for “Motive Speaking” when people speak over your life when giving Personal Prophecy or Insights.  Yes, they can and will speak truth, but with a motive!

In Matthew 4 the Adversary shows us a perfect example of motive speaking.  He merely looked at the circumstances of the Messiah to try and gain an advantage of him.  What were these circumstances?  The Messiah was Hungry while and after fasting;  and had just been filled with the Ruach of Yah and was powerful.

Then the Spirit led Yeshua up into the wilderness to be tempted by the Adversary. ² After Yeshua had fasted forty days and nights, he was hungry. ³ The Tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, order these stones to become bread.” ⁴ But he answered, “The Tanakh says,

‘Man does not live on bread alone,
but on every word that comes from the mouth of Adonai’”

⁵ Then the Adversary took him to the holy city and set him on the highest point of the Temple. ⁶ “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “jump! For the Tanakh says,

‘He will order his angels to be responsible for you. . . .
They will support you with their hands,
so that you will not hurt your feet on the stones.’”

⁷ Yeshua replied to him, “But it also says, ‘Do not put Adonai your God to the test.’”

⁸ Once more, the Adversary took him up to the summit of a very high mountain, showed him all the kingdoms of the world in all their glory, ⁹ and said to him, “All this I will give you if you will bow down and worship me.” ¹⁰ “Away with you, Satan!” Yeshua told him, “For the Tanakh says,
‘Worship Adonai your God, and serve only him.’”

¹¹ Then the Adversary let him alone, and angels came and took care of him.

Our Messiah was steadfast, purposed and strong!

So before listening and giving in to a personal prophecy or insight check to see if that evangelist or person has tapped into your circumstance and your aspirations and themselves wants a gain from you or wants to steer you into their plans for you.  If so, then it’s “Motive Speaking”

I've read many articles, posts and blogs regarding America, Right Wing, Left Wing, Socialism, Conservatism, World and American History and Current Events.  I normally make it a practice to not comment on societal issues, or issues that doesn’t promote the building of the Kingdom of Yah. I don’t comment because these issues are divisive in class, ethnicity, and along Faith lines.  But  I see the affects these things it has on our unity within the faith as followers of Yah.

In this blog I will attempt to keep the focus on America and the followers of Yah (forgive me if I stray a bit though).  But there is a pattern (actually a spirit of deception) that has hoodwinked, bamboozled, hijacked and fooled us as Americans and those of us who are followers of Yah in America; even those who wear other religious labels.

The true American History has been hidden from us.  It has been cleaned up, repainted and wrapped in a gift box in such a beautiful presentation that it makes us have goose bumps when someone sings the national anthem or G-d Bless America or wave the Stars and Stripes.  This deception and cover up goes back to who supposedly discovered America, our so called Founding Fathers beliefs, practices and intents. The spirit of deception goes right through our media, political, religious, economic, food, health and educational systems.  And we are blind or tolerant to it.  However if you challenge or question it you are then labeled as un-American or un-Patriotic.

Why did I mention the media, political, religious, economic, food, health and educational systems?  Because the spirit of deception knows that these systems affects all Americans ( and all of mankind for that matter in every country).  Control these systems and you can control the mindset of humans and methodically implement your agenda.  Which is exactly what has happened in America. All of these systems are controlled by the same minded corporations, entities and crooks.  Don’t get fooled by the bickering that goes on in D.C. or the Right vs the Left or the “send me to Washington because I know who to balance a budget” speech (they are all in on this).

Whether you believe in the illuminati, CFR-Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderbergers, U.N or any other global entity;  our media, political, religious, economic, food, health and educational systems are simply tools for controlling the masses mindset.  Even our presidency from the 1900’s until now (all) have been puppets with pseudo authority because they have to answer to those who put them in the office (oh no not the people--- but the Secret Entities). 

Here’s a hint: The presidency is decided long before the election night.  Campaigning is just try outs!  And dependent on what the Secret Entities has decided to implement into our society is a clear indication of who will be the president.  This office, country and its citizens was sold a long time ago before many of us were even born; and it’s sad that as citizens we don’t know it.

In my early educational days they taught us about propaganda (at that time U.S.S.R= Russia was the focus). But America is full of Propaganda ideas or statements that are false or exaggerated. How did we get this way? Deception.  Some examples:

America was not founded by Christopher Columbus – but yet we still celebrate and recognize it as a holiday.  Why?  It feels American.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Our so called Founding Fathers had unsavory lifestyles and agendas – but we celebrate and quote them. Why?  It feels American.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

As for my fellow believers and followers of Yah---  You have been hijacked by the political and religious systems entities. What? How?

Our Messiah was not a Christian, nor did he come to establish Christianity or the church (circe) system– but yet we claim a person must become a Christian and go to church (circe) in order to be saved.  Why? It feels religiously right.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Christianity has taken the scriptures and divided them into Old and New Testament.  It has made America to appear as if the Body of Messiah is solely in America instead of being worldwide. Why? It feels religiously right.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

America uses Christianity to support Israel, but neglects to see the difference in the political Israel vs the Torah Keeping Abrahamic Faith Israel which is not currently running the country of Israel. Why? It feels religiously right.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Republicans and Democrats have hijacked civil and social issues.  Both often speak various passages of scripture for the persuasion of your vote. Republicans carries the “unspoken message of we are the Christian party”. But we know that our Messiah was preacher of building the Kingdom of G-d.  But why do we jump on their bandwagon?  It feels American.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Patriotism?  Buy American? Support our Troops? Freedom? The Greatest Country in the world? The Secret Entities Code words for “support our country while we deceptively destroy you and others for the sake of our agenda”.  It feels American doesn’t it.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Our Economic System? Purposely Hijacked through under inflation and devaluing. It feels American.  But Research it with Open Eyes.

Our Food and Health Systems? It feels American.  Purposely Hijacked through the destruction of the American farms. Notice less farms in America but a ton of restaurants? Where’s our food coming from, how’s it produced?  Is it cloned, genetically modified or real? You can’t feed millions of people day in and day out on what farms we have left in America.  All people would be better off health wise by following Yah’s diet plan (KIK—Keep it Kosher). But Research it with Open Eyes.

Our Media, Hollywood and Entertainment Industries? Purposely Hijacked to numb us to the truth. But Research it with Open Eyes.

As believers, there should be no Left, Right, Center, Republican, Democrat, Socialist, Conservative or whatever among us. You are of the Kingdom of Yah and have learned to be in the world but yet not of the world.  All these things must take place in order to fulfill scripture!

The initial Step to Deception: Change the truth into a lie, and a lie into truth.  This is done through repeatedly twisting the truth until a lie is believed as truth.  After all, take a lie and mix a little truth with it, and it tastes just like the real thing. 

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which Adonai Elohim had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath Elohim said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? Genesis 3:4-5 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as rulers and judges, knowing good and evil.----------And you know the rest of the story………

Don't Label, Just Embrace

Often times within ones conversion or return (teshuvah) back to the foundation of the Abrahamic Faith and Torah there’s a taking on of names, types and titles.  For we see such terms and phrases being used as:

 

·         Seeker of Truth

·         Israelite

·         Hebrew Israelite

·         Messianic

·         Messianic Judaism

·         Hebrew

·         Hebrew Christian

 

Some may say it’s akin to being a member or having the identity of a certain biblical tribe (Judahite for the tribe of Judah, Reubenite for the tribe of Reuben).   Others will say these names, types and titles are based on other Biblical applications.  Fine and true.  But why do these names, types and titles seems to divide us?  Mainly two (2) reasons.  Firstly, because we allow them to divide us! We haven’t matured, or become balanced in our connectivity to each other - in HIM.  There are different bones within the human body; but they support and connect to other bones throughout the body as well.

The second reason for the division is our own bias prejudice.  What I mean by that is - if they don’t do Sabbath like us; Read the Torah like us; Celebrate the same Feasts in the same manner as us or dress as we do then we will have no fellowship with them. They have become an outsider!

Our Messiah was a master in bringing different people from different labels and backgrounds together as one. He chose twelve (12) different men and taught them to be one. John 17:11b “that they may be one, just as we are”---Selah’

 

John 13:35 “Everyone will know that you are my disciples (talmidim) by the fact that you have love for each other.”  Love in this text is agape.  And isn’t it amazing and prophetically designed that he made this statement at supper.  In other words, it was at a time of fellowship (no big I’s, no little you’s, no I’m right, you’re wrong) are present.   It was as if our Messiah was saying “look I’ve taught you Torah accurately, I’ve taught you how to apply it accurately, I’ve taught you how to become fisher of men, but before I make this sacrifice I must teach you one last thing before I go- how to be one in fellowship”! You see when fellowshipping the Host and the Guest becomes one.

 

When you dine at someone’s home you don’t bring your dirt, baggage or motives to the home of the Host (that’s not the purpose of the engagement).  You should be on your best behavior because your mind is on the Host.  If you Host an engagement, you make sure that the Guests are comfortable and are catered to; you make the environment inviting, because your mind is on the Guests!  Why? Because fellowship and unity is greater that my attitude, dirt, baggage, persuasion or motives.  For the end desire is to enjoy the fellowship.

Whatever we label ourselves, don’t let it divide us.  We should just embrace each other in HIM.  For HIS strength is perfect in our weakness or label.  Selah’

How's Your Worship?

I recall the conversation between Yahushua (Yeshua) and the woman of Samaria in John chapter 4 regarding worship; and can’t help but to reflect on we as believers today.  For the most part we tie our worship to that of a congregational experience in the place of a personal lifestyle of devotion and commitment or the walking out of our faith.  Even though at times congregational worship is needed and beneficial; however, it will and has on occasion became our focal point or object of spiritual affection with the deception of being in right standing with HIM (Yahweh).

In the 4^th chapter of John during Yahushua’s (Yeshua’s) conversation with this women of Samaria in verse 21 -- Yahushua (Yeshua) stated “believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father”  Now why would Yahushua (Yeshua) make this statement to that woman? Historical background: the Judeans focal point of worship was Jerusalem; the Samaritans focal point of worship was Mt. Gerizim.  The error of both sets of believers was the making of locations and or events as their focal point of worship; as we do today when we place congregational worship as more important than our personal lifestyle of devotion and commitment or the walking out of our faith. 

Congregational worship is beneficial and needed, for Ephesians 4:16 says “the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, makes increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love”.  So we actually support and grow up collectively as we congregate and fellowship with each other.  But the caveat (limitation) to congregational worship is that at times it allows the camouflage and disguise-ment of personal responsibility.  It can cause one to blend in and not necessarily live up to the Torah scripture calling.  Philippians 2:12 says …..  “as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling”.  Work out in this text is katergazomai, which means to perform, to bring about, to result in or accomplish.  Salvation in this text is soteria, which means deliverance to the safety of the soul in this present and future world; in other words it must translate into a personal outward lifestyle…. (emphasis mine)….Selah’

Side note: There’s no doubt that Yahweh does bless and pour out his Ruach (Spirit) upon those within and without the congregational event.  Read Moses in Numbers 11:24-29… And Moses went out, and told the people the words of Yahweh, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. And Yahweh came down in a cloud, and spoke unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. And Moses said unto him, Envies thou for my sake? I wish that all Yahweh people were prophets, and that Yahweh would put his spirit upon them!

Notice the two (2) that were not within the congregation, Eldad and Medad? Then notice Moses’s reply to Joshua…. Envies thou for my sake? I wish that all Yahweh people were prophets, and that Yahweh would put his spirit upon them! Without is just as important as Within.… Selah’

Our congregating and our living has to match HIS Torah (scripture instructions)……Selah’

 

Mark 7:1-23 KJV

1And the Pharisees and some of the scribes, coming from Jerusalem, are gathered together to him, 2 and seeing some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is, unwashed, hands,3 (for the Pharisees and all the Jews, unless they wash their hands diligently, do not eat, holding what has been delivered by the tradition of the elders; 4 and [on coming] from the market-place, unless they are washed, they do not eat; and there are many other things which they have received to hold, the washing of cups and vessels, and brazen utensils, and couches), 5 then the Pharisees and the scribes ask him, Why do thy disciples not walk according to what has been delivered by the tradition of the elders, but eat the bread with defiled hands? 6 But he answering said to them, Well did Esaias prophesy concerning you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honour me with their lips, but their heart is far away from me. 7 But in vain do they worship me, teaching [as their] teachings commandments of men. 8 [For], leaving the commandment of God, ye hold what is delivered by men [to keep]—washings of vessels and cups, and many other such like things ye do.

9 And he said to them, Well do ye set aside the commandment of God, that ye may observe what is delivered by yourselves [to keep]. 10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, he who speaks ill of father or mother, let him surely die. 11 But *ye* say, If a man say to his father or his mother, [It is] corban (that is, gift), whatsoever thou mightest have profit from me by … 12 And ye no longer suffer him to do anything for his father or his mother; 13 making void the word of God by your traditional teaching which ye have delivered; and many such like things ye do. 14 And having called again the crowd, he said to them, Hear me, all [of you], and understand: 15 There is nothing from outside a man entering into him which can defile him; but the things which go out from him, those it is which defile the man. 16 If any one have ears to hear, let him hear. 17 And when he went indoors from the crowd, his disciples asked him concerning the parable. 18 And he says to them, Are *ye* also thus unintelligent? Do ye not perceive that all that is outside entering into the man cannot defile him, 19 because it does not enter into his heart but into his belly, and goes out into the draught, purging all meats? 20 And he said, That which goes forth out of the man, that defiles the man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, go forth evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickednesses, deceit, licentiousness, a wicked eye, injurious language, haughtiness, folly; 23 all these wicked things go forth from within and defile the man.

The whole premise of these verses is not about what foods a person can eat (albeit some bible translators inserted foods into this text which is uncalled for), but these verses are about not washing hands before eating which is a tradition that says if one does this they have become defiled.  What Foods to eat is not the issue here ---remember these people/disciples/Pharisees and Yahushua (Yeshua) (Jesus) are Hebrews, Judeans….they don’t eat pork or anything unclean found in Deuteronomy 14 or Leviticus 11 anyway.

 

There was a tradition (not Torah) by some Rabbi’s that to be pure/clean one must wash their hands before they ate, sometimes several times a day regardless if food were present are not.  Notice verse 3 ends by saying tradition of the Elders…which means this is not a commandment of GOD…it is what the elders taught     Regarding unwashed hands ---in verse 7 Yeshua(Jesus) calls this Vain Worship and commandments of MEN----not Torah.    NOTE-----anytime tradition is taught and lived above the commandments of GOD it is called VAIN WORSHIP.  My goodness, we all have been there where the loving of tradition and keeping commandments of men are more important than HIS instructions. How easily can we do the outward things among men; having the appearances of devoutness (traditionalist, religious, sanctimonious).

You know several years ago songs with words of Deeper, Depth, Higher or Higher Place became popular within Christendom congregational worship.  It prodded people to get in the spirit (zone if you will) during congregational singing.  Supposedly this was to bring the singer or congregation to a closer walk, experience or spiritual awakening with YAH. 

I read once;  that the highest form of worship is a life devoted to study.  Now within this study one will ultimately draw closer to HIM. Do you know why that is? Because……

*man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of Elohim

Congregational worship is needed and beneficial, but it is not a substitute.  If you study right then you will believe right, if you believe right then you will live right, and if you live right then you will worship right. Selah’

Pride – The Touching of HIS Glory

Proverbs 16:18 – “Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall”

One of the things that so easily captivates and eventually rules mankind is pride.  It’s often comes or manifest in us due to personal successes, achievements, wealth and educational wisdom/knowledge.  We easily make known our degrees, universities attended, awards or tangible items during conversations with others.  And even in ministry; we share how large our congregations or fellowships are.

Pride causes one to think of him/her-self only.  Isn’t this what the tempter convinced Eve to do in Genesis 3:1-5  “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which Yehovah Elohim had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath Elohim said, you shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim hath said, you shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, you shall not surely die: For Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as go elohims, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.” --------Oh, how seductive pride is!

In Proverbs 16:18 the word “before “ could be substituted/replaced with the word “face”. For in the Hebrew “before” in this text is –paniym or pa-nem  with a root word of panah which means face, turn toward or show signs.” In other words “ pride is the face of destruction”!

A reason YHVH wanted the Torah to be in our hearts is to help us to live and be guided by divine inspiration instead of our emotions, egos and intellect.  Deut 11:18 “Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul….....Deut 30:14 “But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.”

The other thing pride is – the absence or replacement of HIS GLORY. It leads to destructions! 

Deut 30:15-18 “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love Yehovah Elohim, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and Yehovah Elohim shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other elohims, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.”

When we remove HIS presence- HIS Torah from our hearts we are destined to do what Adam and Eve did.  They put themselves first in place of YHVH.  They went before or became the “face” of YHVH.  They in essence touched HIS Glory by no longer giving YHVH proper credit and by forsaking HIS Instructions which led to destruction.  I wonder where would we be today had Yahushua repeated the actions of Adam and Eve when the tempter came to him in Matthew 4?  Instead, Yahushua repeatedly said to the tempter “it is written”.  Why? He was putting YHVH before his personal circumstance.  This is right after being filled with the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) when he could have easily shown the tempter who he was.  He put YHVH first, unlike Adam and Eve who put themselves first!  Oh Bless HIS NAME!

The byproduct of coming to Torah; King Saul is Dead

With almost 28 years of ministry, and being graced to minister in Baptist, Pentecostal, Methodist and Non-Denominational ministries, I’m seeing a spiritual shift across the world.  This shifting is such where ministry (in the denominational sense) is a prophetic parallel to what has occurred already.

 

Remember in 1^st  Samuel 8:5 when the elders of Israel felt Samuel was too old, and that Samuel sons walked contrary to Torah; the elders made this statement “now make us a king to judge us like all the nations”.  In other words what they are saying is forget the Torah or the structure of Yahweh, we want a King like other nations!   

 

Ministries from times past (even up to today) have been structured in an hierarchical sense where power is given to an individual or to a couple who supposedly are the mouth piece of Yahweh.  However this type of ministry structure always produces arrogance, various perversion and misapplication of scripture. The things that occurred when Saul became King; and the same things we see today within the non-Torah ministries and some Torah ministries whose hearts are about themselves and not HIM.  I call this the Saul Ministry.

 

Other traits of this type of ministry; outward appearances that pleases the people for the purpose of gaining the love and trust of people.  Read 1^st Samuel 15:22-23 “And Samuel said, Hath Yahweh as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice Yahweh? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.  For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of Yahweh, he hath also rejected thee from being king”.

 

When a structure is wrong the building is torn down to its foundation!  Read 1^st Samuel 15:26-28  And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of Yahweh, and Yahweh hath rejected thee from being king over Israel. And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent.  And Samuel said unto him, Yahweh hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbor of thine, that is better than thou”.
 

LET US QUIT BUILDING THE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM; IT HAS BEEN TORN DOWN! 

 

Read 1^st Samuel 13:14 …” But now thy kingdom shall not continue: Yahweh has sought him a man after his own heart….,

 

The shifting is causing men and women to come to Torah, and to come to Yahweh without the religiousness.  They are having a heart after HIM (not religion, not structures or the sacrifices of denominations).  No longer are they deceived by false leaders, but these men and women already have a heart after Yah!  They have learned to follow Yah as David did apart from the masses while in the fields alone.  Structures and Religion does not appease them; but having Yahweh presence does.

 

King Saul is Dead, Yahweh has moved on!  Why stay in the religious system?

He Has Become, So Let Us Be!

 

As we approach Passover and First Fruits let us make preparations to share our Faith in alignment with the biblical evidence that our Messiah also kept Passover and First Fruits; and those early followers of Yahushua (Yeshua) did the same. 

 

It is not Easter, which is named after the pagan goddess Ishtar/Astarte/Eostre, (which has to do with the fertility festival involving rabbits) and looking to the east in early mornings as pagans did (like many do today with sunrise service).

 

Many know in order for Yahushua (Yeshua, or some call him Jesus, Christ, Our Savior etc…) to be the Messiah he had to fulfill scripture.  But fulfilling scripture also means that he had to walk in Torah truthfully and whole heartedly; and no one who followed Torah truthfully and whole heartedly continues in or practice paganism.

 

Many are saying Happy Resurrection Day as a substitute to Happy Easter.  But saying Happy Resurrection still clouds the fact that Yahushua (Yeshua) was a keeper of Torah in every way, down to the Feasts.

 

(a side note of insertion that may offend some, but all know----The Messiah did not come to establish Christianity nor did he practiced it, nor the apostles or early disciples practiced Christianity----Christianity is a religion)

 

I thank YHVH that Yahushua (Yeshua) has become our Passover and First Fruits according to

1st Corinthians 5:7 and 15:20,23---not Easter/Ishtar

 

Let's us examine ourselves to see if we be in the Faith!
