Yahushua Salvation in Torah

Did You Know - That the verses of 2 Timothy 2:15  “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth ” actually refers to studying Torah?

And 2 Timothy 3:14-17 “But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned [them]; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Yahushua. All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works……. refers to the study of Torah and the Tanakh (Old Testament) and through it you are able to come into knowledge of the Messiah Yahushua and salvation.

When Paul wrote this letter to Timothy the “New Covenant writings” aka New Testament weren’t authorized cannon. So the only scripture the prophets and apostles had were the Torah and Tanakh, and in them they saw Yahushua and salvation.  Remember the two disciples walking to Emmaus (Luke 24:13)?  What did Yahushua speak to them in Luke 24:27   “And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself”.

So if you have been struggling getting your friends, co-workers and or family to embrace your faith, then show them (as the prophets and apostles and 1st century believers did) the Messiah Yahushua and salvation in the Torah and the Tanakh (Old Testament)…. which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Yahushua.   John 5:39c....and they are they which testify of me.

The Glory of Torah

Did You Know - In Matthew 23:23-24 Yeshua when addressing a group of  Torah (Law) observant scribes and Pharisees acknowledged their observance of tithing. He said, “You pay tithe of mint, anise and cumin. However, He also tells them: ”You have omitted the weightier matters of the law (Torah); judgment, mercy, and faith. These ought you to have done and not leave the others undone.”  The Greek word that is translated as “weightier” is equivalent to the Hebrew “kavod”, meaning “weighty” or “glory.” The glory of the Torah is the weights of judgment, mercy and faith  -- it is not tithing.

Accepting Yahushua

Did You Know - Romans 10:9-10 is misapplied in churches (assemblies) all over the world?  Therefore it gives false hope in causing people to believe in the un-scriptural doctrine of "once saved always saved"?  Here's a more proper application " Believe in thine heart = trust in, adheres to and maintain loyalty by binding oneself to obedience, and Confession is made unto salvation = means that a person will openly confess Christ in the assembly, and then continue to confess him freely and openly to all. When this happens, it causes one to feel a continual obligation to his/her salvation by living the life daily.
