Are You A Torah Truth Seeker, Or a Torah Keeper?

As many non-ethnic Israelites (Jews) come to Torah , whether coming out of the church system or discovering Torah from non-traditional avenues one thing they all seem to say is- "I am a Seeker of Truth or a seeker of Torah". I believe people who really say this are sincere people who love Yahushua but are not quite grasping what they should be saying.  If you have left the church system and embraced Torah, embraced Yahushua and chose to follow in our Master's footsteps and teachings then you are no longer a seeker of Truth; but a Torah Keeper!

Yahushua said in John 8:31-32 ...... if you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed.  And you shall know truth and the the truth shall make you free.

It is because you have chosen to continue in HIM (study, live by, fellowship with, honor) and follow HIM that makes you a disciple!  Therefore you are a Torah Keeper already because you are keeping HIS words (living Torah)

Yahushua also said in John 8:36---If the Son shall make you free you shall be free indeed.

So if being in, living by, fellowshipping with, and honoring Yahushua then you are free from trying to be something or having a lifestyle of sin (transgressing the law/torah, missing the mark---YOU ARE ALREADY FREE and A TORAH KEEPER! It is because you are already a Torah Keeper that you can stop trying to seek truth; and start walking in truth!

What is Truth?  Yahushua said in John 17:17........thy Word is Truth!

If we keep HIS word then we are Torah Keepers already for HIS words includes TORAH!

  1. A-men! I love His Word - His Torah, commandments, statutes and precepts are the true beauty of our lives. ELOHIM has created us that we might know and acknowledge our Creator and the beauty of His Holiness. He has established a covenant of salvation through Yeshua that our sin would no longer keep us separated from Him! How awesome and wonderful is our GOD!

He has forgiven me for much, and much I willingly give to Him, my whole life, my whole being. It is in His presence where His sons and daughters of the covenant of salvation belong. His joy is my strength. His Word is my shalom (peace), His Son, Yeshua is Lord of Lords and King of Kings.

Adopted to be an heir, an unworthy person such as I, the shed blood of Yeshua for us, has made me clean inside.

Oh how I love YHVH's Word - its full counsel is what heals, comforts and delivers me from the bondage of sin...making me new inside - this is what it is to be more than a conqueror through Yeshua the Messiah...an overcomer of this sin-fallen world. So I sojourn until His return for us...the blood-washed, the redeemed, the remnant.

    Thank you Abba Father.
